I understand that sometimes unexpected events happen, and you may need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. To ensure fairness to both the clients and therapist, I have the following cancellation policy: •I kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. •Please contact me by email at (briannabeeson3@gmail.com) •Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of scheduled service. •In the event of a genuine emergency, please contact me as soon as possible! •I will arrive 10-15 minutes early for your appointment. •In the unlikely event that I need to cancel your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified as soon as possible, and I will offer you the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
